Someday Eunice's Prince Will Come

Later that day at the house, the forest toons were on the window, dancing to some music coming from inside the house. Inside were the Animals playing music with instruments.

The Animals: Ho-la-la-ee-ay

Ho-la-la-ee-ay

Ho-la-la-ee-ay-ee-la-ay-ee-lee-ay

Eunice was sitting in a chair, clapping her hands to the beat. Spongebob and Patrick were dancing in front of her.

Mickey was playing the accordion.

Mickey: Ho-la-la-ee-ay

Goofy was playing the violin.

Goofy: Ho-la-la-ee-ay

Oswald was playing the flute.

Oswald: Ho-la-la-ee-ay-ee-la-lee-ay-lee-ay-lee-o-lee-ay

Donald frowned as he played the organ. Spongebob danced over to Eunice.

Spongebob: I'd like to dance and tap my feet

But they don't keep in rhythm

You see, I washed them both today

And I can't do nothing with 'em

Spongebob tapped dance away.

The Animals: Ho hum the tune is dumb

The words don't mean a thing

Isn't this a silly song

For anyone to sing?

As Donald played the organ, Patrick did some tricks with her drums. As a joke, Oswald and Spongebob pushed Goofy in front of Eunice to sing a song.

"I..." Goofy got stage fright, causing the other Animals to laugh except Donald who just kept playing his organ. Goofy started turning red and he turned his head away in embarrassment. The other Animals laughed harder as Donald got annoyed and played a shrill note.

Goofy: I chased a polecat up a tree

Way out upon a limb

And when he got the best of me

I got the worst of him

Goofy turned his head away again.

The Animals: Ho hum the tune is dumb

The words don't mean a thing

Isn't this a silly song

For anyone to sing?

Oswald was playing the guitar and Patrick was playing the cymbal in front of Eunice who gave it a kick at the end.

Ho-la-la-ee-ay

Ho-la-la-ee-ay

Spongebob: Ho-la-la-ee-ay-ee-la-ay-ee-lee-ay

Eunice: Ahhh!

Garfield saw the fly coming near him and tried to shoo it away.

The Animals: Ho-la-la-ee-ay

Ho-la-la-ee-ay

Mickey asked Eunice to dance and she accepted.

Ho-la-la-ee-ay-ee-la-lee-ay-lee-o-lee-ay

She danced with Mickey then Goofy, then Oswald then Mickey again. Patrick was drumming until a fly started bugging him. He tried swatting it with his drum sticks but he kept missing until he was tired out.

Garfield was playing the flute until the fly landed on his head. Patrick saw it and tried hitting it with the cymbals but accidentally hit Garfield.

"Whoops, sorry, Garfield." Patrick said sheepishly.

While Eunice was dancing with Goofy, the forest toons were dancing out on the window.

"I love this song, don't you, Jewel?" Blue asked, dancing.

"Yep," Jewel smiled at her love, "It reminds me back at Rio."

"Tell me about it." Nico the alligator said, "This song has a great beat."

In another room, Patrick put on a blue trench coat and climbed on top of Oswald's head.

"Ow...hey, Patrick! Watch it!" Oswald starts to sneeze but Patrick grabbed his nose by his feet to hold Oswald's nose. "Phew, thanks."

"No problem, Oswald." Patrick said, buttoned the bottom part of the coat and they walked out looking like a tall person.

The Animals: Ho-la-la-ee-ay

Ho-la-la-ee-ay

Spongebob: Ho-la-lee-ee-ay-ee-la-lee-ay-lee-o-lee-ay

The other Animals started laughing as Patrick tries to bow to Eunice almost falling. Enlgand pulled him back up. The Animals started playing music and Patrick started dancing with Eunice. While dancing, Oswald carefully watched her footsteps while trying to keep Patrick on top.

Mickey started playing the guitar when Eunice was twirling Patrick and Oswald then the Animals started singing along and clapping.

The Animals: Hey! Hey!

Hey! Hey!

Goofy played some notes on the accordion and Spongebob started playing the drums. Garfield played a high note on the flute. They were happily playing and clapping until Patrick saw Oswald who was about to sneeze.

Everyone took cover and when Oswald's sneeze fired, Patrick was blown out of the coat and Oswald was on the floor, looking embarrassed.

Eunice, the Animals and the forest toons except Donald started laughing. Patrick slid down the pole, still laughing while Eunice sat down.

"That was fun!" Eunice said.

"Now it's your turn to do something." Spongebob said to Eunice.

"Well, what should I do?" she asked.

"Tell us a story." Garfield suggested.

"Yeah, tell us a story!" the Animals shouted in unison.

"Something true as the deep blue." Spongebob said.

"Probably a love story." Goofy added.

Eunice started, "Well...once there was a princess..."

"Was the princess you?" Mickey asked.

"And she fell in love."

"Was it hard to do?" Oswald asked.

"It was very easy." Eunice continued, "Anyone can see that the prince was charming, the only one for me."

"Was, uh, he strong, powerful and handsome?" Mickey asked.

"Was he big and tall?" Oswald asked.

"There was nobody like him...anywhere at all." Eunice said dreamingly.

"Did he say he loved you?" Goofy asked, turning red.

"Did he still a kiss?" Spongebob asked.

Eunice: He was so romantic

I could not resist

The six Animals took seats and got comfortable.

Someday my prince will come

Someday we'll meet again

And away to his castle we'll go

To be happy forever I know

The Animals listened lovingly at the song except Donald who was standing by his organ in the dark.

"Ha! Mush." he said snobby, listening to Eunice's song.

Someday when spring is here

We'll find our love anew

The forest toons were listening lovingly too. Naveen and Tiana hold each other while cuddling each other and hold hands.

And the birds will sing!

The high note startled Garfield.

And wedding bells will ring

Someday when my dreams come true

When Eunice was done, the six Animals sighed and the clock struck 11:00 P.M.

"Oh my goodness." Eunice said surprised. "It's past bedtime." She started pushing all the men to the stairs. "Go right upstairs to bed."

"Wait! Hold on, men!" Mickey shouted as he pulled Patrick away from the stairs. "Miss Cross will sleep in our beds upstairs."

"But where will you sleep?" Eunice asked.

"We'll be quite comfortable." Mickey said, "In..."

"In a pig's stiy." Donald said.

"In a pig's eye...stiy...No! I mean, we'll b fine." Mickey stated, "Right, dudes?"

"We sure will!" The Animals said in unison.

While the others were talking, Patrick noticed the only pillow they had downstairs.

Ah, a pillow. Patrick said in his thoughts. Just what I needed.

"Now don't you worry about us." Mickey told Eunice.

"We'll be alright." Spongebob said.

"Go right on up, madame."

When no one was looking, Patrick tiptoed over to the couch.

"Well, if you insist." Eunice said as she headed upstair. "Good night."

"Good night, Eunice." the Animals said.

Patrick got comfortable on the couch with the pillow.

Before Eunice went in the bedroom, she looked back down, "You sure you'll be comfortable?"

"Yes, mighty comfortable!" the Animals said.

"Well pleasant dreams."

"Pleasant dreams!" When Eunice closed the door, the Animals immediately rushed to the couch with Patrick holding on to his pillow. Patrick screamed as they jumped on him and started tugging over the pillow, trying to claim it for himself.

"Now don't get excited!" Mickey said, trying to get them to calm down. "Remember share, sharing is caring!" The pillow started to tear. "Look out, it'll rip!"

The pillow tore and feathers were everywhere. Patrick was still on the couch while taking out a feather and used it as a pillow.

"At least a feather can do a trick." Patrick said before falling asleep.

In the room, Eunice was praying. "And bless the seven Animals who have been so kind to me and help make my dreams come true. Amen." She got up but sat back down, "Oh, please Donald like me."

Downstairs, Donald was lying down angrily on a beanbag chair. "Humph women." He felt uncomfortable and found a toy soldier deep in the chair. "Well this sucks and it's junk." He tossed it aside and tried to go back to sleep but he was woken up by loud snoring.

In another room, Goofy was sleeping in a dresser and Spongebob was sleeping in a cupboard, snoring loudly while the cupboard was opening and closing.

Mickey was sleeping in the sink. A drop of water fell from the faucet, causing him to gargle.

Oswald was sleeping on the couch, using Patrick as a pillow. Patrick started moving around and mumbling in his sleep. He woke up Oswald who poke him and he instantly calmed down. Oswald went back to sleep.

Garfield was sleeping on top of flour sacks. The same fly landed on his shoulder but it flew away when Garfield started hitting the fly when he snored. The fly landed in his shoulder again and fell asleep.
